What Is It Like To Have Your Child Recover From Autism?
Parents Reflect On Their Children’s Recovery.

On Thursday, February 4, we will be hosting “Life Afterwards: Hope After Autism."

This will be a unique opportunity to hear from, and ask questions of, parents whose children have recovered from autism.

The event will be a panel discussion with seven or more families whose children have completed ABA programs and are now living independently in their communities, in most cases without anyone knowing that they once had an autism diagnosis.

Our families will discuss the particulars of their child’s experience - how they coped, what they did and what they learned.

The parents will be available to answer your questions.

A Few Brief Recovery Stories

You can submit questions to the parents in advance for inclusion in the program.

Bonnie will also be interviewing her son Nick for a brief video presentation about his life at Evergreen College in Washington.
